TypoMonitor Terms of Service

The Service and Who Provides It

TypoMonitor is a service that checks public web pages for spelling mistakes, dead links and broken images and reports the results to you. It is provided by the operator of typomonitor.com, referred to below as we or us. You can contact us at [email protected].

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and you may use the service only for sites that you own, manage or have permission to monitor.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are Starter at 49 USD, Team at 149 USD and Agency at 499 USD per month. Annual billing is available at 50 percent off the monthly price. There is no free plan. The demo scan of a single page is free and may be changed or limited at any time.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in advance by e-mail.

No Refunds

Payments are final. We do not refund subscription fees, whether for a month, a year or part of a period, including when you cancel early, stop using the service or do not use all of your allowance. We offer a free demo scan so that you can evaluate the results before you pay.

Nothing in this section limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Usage Limits

Each plan includes limits on usage, such as the number of sites, pages scanned and alert recipients. Limits are measured as consumption in the billing period, and the allowance for your plan is shown on the pricing page. If you reach a limit, the service may pause further scanning until the next period or until you move to a larger plan.

We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the service and other customers.

Acceptable Use of the Scanner

You agree to use the scanner lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

scan sites you do not own or have no permission to monitor, or sites whose owners have blocked TypoMonitorBot;
use the service to overload, probe or attack any website or network;
attempt to reach private networks, internal addresses or content behind a login;
resell or share your account in a way that avoids usage limits;
interfere with the operation of the service or try to bypass its safeguards.

Accuracy, Availability and Liability

Spelling and link checks are useful but not perfect. The service may miss a mistake, flag a correct word or report a link as broken when a site was briefly unavailable. You remain responsible for the content of your own website and for reviewing the findings before acting on them.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Suspension, Changes and Governing Terms

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. We may update these terms, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced by e-mail.
